Online learning is relatively new here. Many students here don't have internet access other than through commercial internet cafes which are very expensive to use for online learning. It is also not very convenient! That is why it is important that we work together to organize a formal class with between 5 and 10 computers connected to the internet for students to learn online. I do not know how this will be possible on your part but if I have got to succeed in piloting the program in Kenya and in the whole African Continent, then it is advisable to begin in such a small way and grow with time. This will be very important in equipping up-coming Gospel Preachers on the Continent and help to propagate the objectives of Tucson Theological Seminary in this part of the world. I can organize to publicize the Seminary's program in Kenya and and eventually in all the Continent. I do not know how you will receive this but I have faith that if we start by organizing something like this we will succeed and after a short time we will have a full-fletched program of Tucson Theological Seminary online school here. This will also provide a base for an exchange program which will afford you, and many others, an opportunity to visit us in Kenya through the program to know firsthand what ministry in Africa is. It will also be a good opportunity for new ministries like mine to start equipping young men and women to be effective preachers of the Gospel as we start planting churches all around the country.
As for the building structure from where to run the program, we can start with a storage container on our rented church grounds. The storage bin is tough enough for the security of the computers and large enough to accommodate ten learning students. We will then enlarge slowly as the program takes off and I am sure that it will be a success story right from the beginning!

We are pleased to announce that Pastor Philemon will be attending our Master's program this fall through our online program. We are also sending Pastor Philemon twenty MP3 players with our audio curriculum pre-loaded for his students who do not have computers.  We do not have the ability to send computers at this time but as we grow together we pray for God's blessings on the Kenya seminary and Pastor Philemon.
We will continue to support Pastor Philemon's efforts as he grows Tucson Theological Seminary - Africa.
