GRADUATION PROCEDURE:

All candidates for a diploma or degree must submit a Graduation Application for approval. Students are encouraged to submit their application 4 weeks before they plan to graduate so any graduation deficiencies can be resolved prior to the graduation date. All Graduation Applications may be submitted no earlier than the semester in which the student plans to graduate.

Students are strongly encouraged to meet with their Adviser on a semester basis to ensure completion of specific diploma or degree requirements.

To apply:

  1. Obtain the appropriate Graduation Application. If you are graduating with a diploma or certificate, please obtain your diploma/or certificate application from the link below or from the Office.
  2. If you are graduating with a AA, BA or Master's degree select the link below and print the Graduation Application or visit the Office and request the Graduation Application.
  3. Obtain a copy of your TTS transcript and a copy of any transfer transcripts/life skills approval you may be using to meet your graduation requirements. You can obtain a copy of your transfer transcripts in the Admissions Office.
  4. Make an appointment with your Adviser and bring the above documents. Your Adviser will assist you in filling out your Graduation Application if needed.
  5. Obtain the appropriate signatures requested on your Graduation Application.
  6. Proceed to payment and pay the Cap and Gown fee, $150.00 plus $20.00 processing fee for approved Ordination and purchase of Class Ring if desired. (Alumni may purchase their ring at any time.)
  7. Bring your completed Graduation Application to the Office for final approval.
  8. The Office will review your application. If the degree application cannot be approved as submitted, your will be notified and changes must be made before graduation.
  9. All students MUST be current on their monthly tuition payments to graduate.

TTS Class rings may be purchased at any participating Walmart store or online at
www.walmart.com.  We have selected Walmart because of Sam Walton's commitment to value and ethics and because of Walmarts convenience for our students.  You must be a graduating student from TTS and follow the seminary's ordering instructions:

TTS stone color is Garnet or Dark Red. We have chosen this color to symbolize the blood of Jesus which was shed on the cross for the salvation of all.

It must have the CROSS, RELIGION or BIBLE (ONLY) symbol on the sides and it must have TTS Seminary on the top. The students graduating year is also to be on the ring.
Students are free to select their choice in facet, style or metal.

Application Process 

The Credentials Committee evaluates all candidates for AEA credentials.

AEA’s Credentials Committee receives applications, contacts all references, and in some instances contacts references of references. Evaluation is then made as to work and learning experiences, as well as service in aspects of Christian ministry. The candidate is interviewed by one or more of the committee. The committee’s conclusion is then given to the candidate.

Steps for completion of the application process:

1. Download the AEA Application, print it and fill it in completely.

2. Attach 2 passport-photographs

3. A copy of your passport, if you have one.

4. Thumb prints should be done at the designated places.

5. Sign the AEA Agreement, Statement of Faith, and Code of Ethics.

6. Fill in your monthly gift commitment to your association.

7. Payment can be made by check or credit card.
